"The rooms are dated, however, in fairness they are doing major renovations and obviously working through each room. The service was extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean and tidy. Also the bed was very comfortabe. Would certainly stay there again"

"This place is a good reason to visit Charters Towers, just to e joy the pleasant surroundings, the welcome drink by the pool, all those little extras that make you feel special. Met at the gate and shown to your room. No kids thundering down the deck at 6.30am. Lovely private outside seating area"
