"Perfect location for a relaxing break. Well appointed clean unit. Views are spectacular and hearing the ocean from the bedroom is relaxing.Would be quite hot in summer months due to no air con or ceiling fans.A few things need to be updated on the listing as there is no DVD player or stereo as listed. Real estate needs to re evaluate what it says is a "slight" drop in the driveway which I was expecting when coming out of driveway onto the road not the steap drop in the driveway to access unit 1 garage. Anyone with a towbar will scrap due to the steap drop making getting back out an issue.Overall it was 1 of the best views and locations we have stayed up up the coast.If available it would definitely be on our return to list."

"The listing was a very accurate description of the property as were the photos. The house is very well designed for family or a group of friends with well appointed bedrooms, ensuites and a huge open plan kitchen and lounge area. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. Some basic supplies provided eg oil, salt, pepper, tea and coffee pods. There was a demolition of a property 2 doors down while we were there and I am not sure how the new build will affect the view from the balcony. However, the beach is a short walk away and so is a cafe. Wifi is a little slow for streaming but that was communicated to us in the paperwork. On the whole a wonderful house in a beautiful part of the mid north coast."

"We had a lovely stay at this unit in Red Head. Lovely views to the ocean and a short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable with nee carpet in bedrooms. It had everything we needed included a lovely spa bath. Roger was excellent to communicate with, responding promptly and was happy to contacted whenever needed. The pool in the complex was a huge highlight for the kids."

"Excellent unit. Easy walk to beach. Enjoyed sitting on deck overlooking gardens. I would have like to have known that there is no hairdryer nor shower gel. Mugs were virtually all tea stained. Kitchen drawers needed tidying. Otherwise a great stay. Would stay again. "

"This was one of the most well equipped properties that we have stayed in. The location was excellent, walking distance to beach, cafe and tavern. Despite being advised by email that there were no safety gates on the three split level property, there were actually two installed safety gates which was excellent. I would recommend this holiday property to anyone looking for a fabulous holiday location."

"Location great, accommodation overall okay. It’s 2025 to not have wi-fi or air con is sad. Only 2 pedestal fans, 1 of which did not work. And photos of accommodation was very deceiving. "
