When we booked it was the last property available so we expected the worst as it was not expensive. It exceeded our expectations ...and some :)

The hotel is large with spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was very clean and the staff was helpful. It has a gym and a pool both were crowded though. It comes with complimentary breakfast which included eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, cereal, etc. They also offered half price lift tickets for skiing (normally $95 per day they have $45) and free transport pass for the buses around town. The bus is only like a four min walk which is fine expect when you’re wearing your boots and carrying skis it’s brutal. They suggested we rent our skis at Ivos which is up the street. He charged us about $46 per day for boots, skis, and helmet. I would actually suggest renting at the mountain and seeing about a locker there to avoid having to lug everything around. I think they might also have better prices and options. Overall we were happy with your stay. It’s not fancy but it’s a perfect more affordable option.

I kept two of my luggages in the room just behind the reception. Upon check out, they forgot to hand it in tp tge driver with the rest of my family luggages. At the end when i realized it, i was in lucerne already. In order to have it my luggage back, i need to pay 665€ for the transfer from europa st moritz to burgenstock resort lucerne

Great place to relax!
Great hotel with very nice amenities. Pool and spa were excellent and breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of St. Moritz but easy access and I enjoyed the feel of the smaller, more remote area.

This location is just outside of the "main" city. The kids loved the pool. The place was clean and the front desk staff were very helpful. The rooms were a bit dated and had an older ski lodge feel but the bathrooms were modern and very clean.

Great location with resort amenities. Hotel is built on the side of a hill and has several different connected buildings on different levels which makes getting around a little confusing. Great views from the restaurant.

Mr. Bruno the manager is unforgettable. He was extremely helpful and giving ideas during the stay. He is the friendliest person i have ever met in the reception of any hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Hotel room was awesome too and the price was very reasonable. Overall I had a very good time there.

St Moritz in the valley.
Our stay was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good but we have had better. Location was in the valley so not close to shops. Bruno was an excellent manager.

Bello, pulizia ottima , camere ampie, personale gentilissimo, servizi ottimi, anche colazione ottima. Hotel fuori StMoritz serve auto o bus/taxi per raggiungere centro. Piscina con idromassaggio e palestra ok. Soggiornato solo una notte non abbiamo cenato in hotel non possiamo dare giudizio su ristoranti (2).

L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile a due o tre km dal centro di St. Moritz. Accanto all'hotel passa una bellissima pista ciclabile dove si possono fare passeggiate o andare in bici immersi nella natura. Personale molto gentile. Camera pulita un po' usata ma tenuta molto bene e calda. Piscina grande e spa piacevole tutto molto pulito e rilassante. Colazione a buffet, quando sono arrivato era quasi finito tutto ma poco dopo hanno rifornito tutto. Ho passato proprio un bel week end. Unica cosa se vogliamo negativa: al momento del check out volevano farmi pagare il parcheggio ma quando ho detto che avevo utilizzato qs app (era incluso) e non altre hanno capito. Forse le camere ai piani superiori hanno una vista migliore di quelle al primo piano. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
