Problem checking in needs attention.
No contact or keycode sent.
Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though.
It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels.

If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in
Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.

Fantastic stay. Affordable, relatively central without being too loud. A little noisy with it being on the main road but it wasn’t too distracting, for the price this was a fantastic stay. We stayed 2 nights and will definitely be returning, thank you!

The room I was put in was in desperate need of a refurb and was way below the standards.
Ripped headboard, mould on windows, rusty radiator and bathtub, toilet that blocked, door handle that was broken.
As I only stayed one night, I didn’t bother to complain.

The hotel was very nice and looked well kept. Room was nice, bed was very comfortable (and large).
The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive, We stayed for a concert in Bootle and the hotel was conveniently located near the railway station so we had no difficulty getting there.

"Nearly 2 hrs to get my room key. No bottled beer in bar. Had to use fire doors to get my dog in/out of building. And most important thing that disgusted me was £14 overnight parking. That is outrageous. How can you justify that. That needs to change."
