And ensuite to one of the bedrooms. The house is fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen-dinning and separate living room area, family bathroom, cloakroom and utilityroom. Towels, basic toiletries and all linens supplied This lovely house is a three bedroom detached family home located on a corner plot approached via a pathway to the front door with a fore garden surrounded by rail boundary with mature hedging, with a gate to the rear garden near to the off road parking and detached garage. The hallway has a handy store cupboard, stairs to the first floor, door to the lounge, guest W.C and the stand out feature kitchen dining room. The kitchen is modern, well presented, has french doors over looking the garden and is adjacent to the very practical utility room. The rear garden is mostly laid to lawn with a paved patio area.
