The check in experience was not warm or hospitable. The associate that greeted me did not respond to my questions and chose to be robotic and cold. I have not stayed at a Hyatt in a few years. I’m definitely not impressed. She had an AirPod in with what looked like a personal laptop on the counter. She didn’t tell us thank you or to enjoy our stay here. After driving across town passing many other hotels this wasn’t the experience I was looking for. I’m glad I’m only here 1 night.
