The bottom of the shower was borderline black. It was awful and hair all over the tub. I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to shower there.

It was a great, clean, and quiet stay. I recommend. Keep in mind breakfast is not free here if expecting continental breakfast.

very bad experience..
we reserved suits 4th floor #401.. ,carpets smells bad, very small washroom , no shower curtain, we called the management a he brings shower rod fixed it but shower pressure won't hold the thin curtain. no trash can inside. received scam calls from desk asking all the card number and all information again.. we contact the desk lady she told us we did not called..bad experience

It was all around great . The man that checked us in was so sweet and Curtis. And the day we checked out the lady was awesome. We stayed because i had to have surgery. I will have to have surgery again in a month and i will definitely be staying here

The hot water did not work and there was no maintenance engineer on campus until morning and it still took hours for someone to help us. The TV was not clear and kept buffering energy few minutes. When I inquired about that happening, I was told to unscrew the cable cord and unplug and try that. The coffee was not good. The staff at the front desk were nice.

Our bed sheets were unclean. It seems as if they had not been removed after the previous guests left. The floor was unclean. There were no bath towels in our room. Even the manager was unable to tell me the amount of the incidental deposit. They tried to charge me a second time for my entire reservation. It was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.

The pull out sofa was nowhere close to being fit to sleep on!!! It was like laying on metal coils so we (2 Adults) had to share the couch. Also saw a few bugs crawling up the wall behind our couch.
