Great stay. Only complaint is that there wasn't enough sugar or milk provided with tea and coffee.

Was given a room that backs onto the main road, never realised every single car in the world passed by until spending a night there, also it was hot and the A/C wasn’t working

Well-positioned for New Street Station which was just across the road. We were on the 6th floor and could still hear some of the Saturday night noise from the street below, but the room was comfortable and clean and staff were helpful and polite.
