Poor customer service
Extremely disappointing for a Hampton Inn and will not stay there again. Reserved 2 queen beds room awhile ago and when we checked in around 7pm they basically said we used a third party to make our reservation and that room was no longer available. What???!!! Only alternative was a king with a pull out sofa. Breakfast was not replenished until end time and was slim pickings. Plus, it's under construction so not the greatest atmosphere, even in the elevators.
