Welcome to Our Charming Studio Apartment!

~PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: The building is currently giving the lobby and some shared amenities little makeover, so you may notice some light noise or minor changes in the common areas. Your unit will be peaceful and unaffected. We've already adjusted the rate to reflect this — it's lower than our usual summer pricing. We're sharing this in advance because your experience matters to us, and we'd truly hate for something like this to impact your stay or lead to a less-than-great review. Great place to stay HORRIBLE parking situation!!!!!

The property is awesome! Great location near restaurants and nightlife plus the University area BUT the listing does not inform you about the horrendous parking situation. There are ZERO parking accommodations for the renter. The pevparking meters have to be fed

Overall pretty nice. We were a party of three. There was a queen bed and a couch. But no sheets or extra pillows or anything to sleep on the couch. The blinds were also stuck open halfway. Otherwise it was great.
