I am a big fan of the aloft concept. During our move from Oklahoma to Georgia, we booked one night at this hotel. I love that they are pet friendly and their staff were so kind to my dogs! The bed was fantastic, especially after a very long day of driving. The hotel was not as clean/tidy as I am used to seeing. I would not say the hotel is dated but just needs some TLC in terms of floor care, a good deep cleaning, and some cosmetic repairs (one of the elevators had a panel that was loose, nothing mechanical, just cosmetic).

The staff was amazing and friendly! Excellent customer service! However, the room was filthy. The first thing I noticed was the half-filled open bottle of water on counter. The second thing I noticed were crumbs on the night stand. I let these two things go because I was tired and just wanted to get some rest. We arrived at 10 pm and I would only be there for one night. The next thing was the splash of poop on the inside of toilet and the shower drain full of hair. Oh I forgot to mention the hair on the bed as well! I called customer service and they arrived in less than 5 minutes and moved us to a different room.
