Very "plasticy" hotel. The bedroom floor and walls were plastic as was the bathroom wall tiles. We were on the 5th floor but it was very noisy, with partying and loud noise at the front and internal noise with bedroom doors slamming. The breakfast was good quality but served in an awkward area in the bar, which was not comfortable

Out floors are laminated wood, we have wallpaper on the walls and the bathroom has ceramic tiles. Once again, thank you for your feedback in regards to the noise and breakfast location as well. Me and my partner booked this hotel to stay at on the weekend for our anniversary, it was the ideal location, you can walk into the centre of Birmingham, all restaurants and bars are walking distance, rooms looked modern on the images, was a different story in person. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, just fresh towels put in, the shower was disgraceful, hairs everywhere, it was dirty, it was totally unacceptable. We were in a rush to go out as we had a dinner reservation so we just rinsed the shower off, if we hadn't been in a rush I would of had no doubt about going to reception to complain. We also found tea marks on the tables, so these hadn't been cleaned properly. The worst part was when we came in from our lovely evening out, got into bed to find it wasn't made properly so under the sheet which we had to sort we found hairs all under it, it made me feel physically sick, there was also some questionable stains on the sheets too, it was just a disgrace and you don't expect this from any hotel. When we checked out and asked if we had a good stay, we made our points very clear that we were not happy, would not recommend the hotel, would not be returning, good customer service would try make amends, the woman on reception did not care at all, I just found this shocking in itself, what poor customer service. Would not recommend this hotel, good location but that is the only good factor, go stay in a hotel that is actually clean and has good staff! Massive regret booking here

Good property in a convenient location. Staff are helpful. If you like pillows, you’ll need to ask for an extra one as they give you 3 as standard for 2 of you... the extra one I asked for never actually turned up. Sky tv is in room, and sky movies are advertised but it’s not possible to watch even as an upgrade. Be aware that room service finishes when the lounge closes for food at 22:00 and despite the bar closing much later, they will not offer delivery of these to your room... so if you decide to take them up there, you’re in for a challenge trying not to spill any going in the lift!
