The beautiful Villa Laetitia was rebuilt in 2003 in the center of Binz. The villa is equipped with an elevator. The beach and the pier can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. The villa is located at Paulstraße 1\. This flows into the town's most popular shopping street, the main street. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. You will find the bus stop for local and long-distance public transport as well as the spa railway approx. 80 m from the house.  
  
Apartment 21RB18, Villa Laetitia:  
Your modern apartment 21RB18 is on the 2nd Upstairs. The 2-room apartment has a size of approx. 52 square meters and can be occupied by up to 4 people. You can have breakfast on the balcony of the apartment when the sun is shining.\[nbsp\] In addition to the beautifully furnished living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, there is a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a sink, shower, hairdryer, toilet and heated towel rail. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a wardrobe. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. You will also find a flat-screen TV and a radio / CD player there. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and various small appliances.\[nbsp\] A garage parking space (duplex parker - 1.50 m high) belongs to the apartment.
