The beautiful villas Daphne & Danae were newly built in 2005\. The exclusive equipment of the houses in a quiet residential area close to the center guarantee you a particularly relaxing and relaxed holiday.  
  
Apartment 34RB23, Villa Daphne:  
Your luxurious 3-room apartment 34RB23 has a size of approx. 66 sqm and is for max. 6 people furnished. It is located on the ground floor and has a west-facing balcony with a beautiful lake view and sunset panorama. The apartment is divided into a cozy living room with fireplace, a separate modern branded kitchen with granite worktop, two bedrooms, a shower room with wash basin and toilet. The living room has a dining area and a sitting area that also sleeps the 5th and 6th Person offers, furnished. The technical equipment includes a flat-screen TV and a music system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and other electrical appliances. #### Schöne große Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Sehr ruhige und schöne Lage direkt am Schmachter See, trotzdem nur 15 Minuten bis zur Strandpromenade. Einzige kleine negative Punkte War der Balkon, der leider viel kleiner war als auf dem Bild abgebildet. Für 2 Personen ok, falls man mit 6 Personen in der Wohnung wohnen würde wäre der Balkon kaum zu nutzen. Zudem könnten die Pfannen mal erneuert werden ;) Ansonstrn alles wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen!
