The villa, renovated in a bathing style, is located at Heinrich-Heine-Strasse 3, just a minute's walk from the fine sandy beach, the spa gardens or the shopping mile. Bordered by spacious green areas, it lies in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Inspired by the beauty of the bathroom architecture, the furnishings and furniture are sensible and selected with great attention to detail. An elevator, a bicycle storage room, coin operated washing machine and coin dryer are part of the equipment of the house. In addition, Villa Aesculap with its own sauna, solarium, whirlpool, fitness area, table tennis and table football offers pleasant rest and relaxation (solarium for a fee).\[nbsp\] In the summer of 2018, another residential building will be built in the neighborhood.\[Nbsp\] \[nbsp\]
