The villa, renovated in a bathing style, is located at Heinrich-Heine-Strasse 3, just a minute's walk from the fine sandy beach, the spa gardens or the shopping mile. Bordered by spacious green areas, it lies in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Inspired by the beauty of the bathroom architecture, the furnishings and furniture are sensible and selected with great attention to detail. An elevator, a bicycle storage room, coin operated washing machine and coin dryer are part of the equipment of the house. In addition, Villa Aesculap with its own sauna, solarium, whirlpool, fitness area, table tennis and table football offers pleasant rest and relaxation (solarium for a fee).\[nbsp\] In the summer of 2018, another residential building will be built in the neighborhood.\[Nbsp\] \[nbsp\]

Your modern 4 \*\*\*\* apartment 32RB3 is on the ground floor and has a safe. The 3-room apartment has a size of approx. 60 square meters and can be occupied by 5 people. In addition to the beautifully furnished living room with an integrated kitchenette, there are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a vanity, shower and toilet. In one bedroom there is a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe. In the sun-drenched living area there is a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed, dining area, TV and telephone. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and various small appliances. A parking space is available directly at the house.
