Apartment 48RB1, Studio Sonnenstrahl: Your attractive furnished studio 48RB1 is located in the attic of the house. The open apartment with south-west balcony has a size of approx. 60 qm and can be occupied by up to 4 people. In addition to the spacious living room with fireplace, dining area, laminate flooring, integrated kitchenette, there is a sleeping area and a shower room with sink, shower / toilet, towel dryer and underfloor heating. In the living area, two more people can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed. On the somewhat cooler days you can heat the stove for pleasant hours. The technical equipment includes an LCD TV and a high-quality Bose audio set. The sleeping area has a large double bed and a wardrobe.
