After just a few steps you can reach the Baltic Sea with the fine sandy beach or the children's playground. The shopping mile with its restaurants, cafes and numerous shops as well as the pier for strolling are nearby (approx. 3 minutes on foot). The residence has its own lift, a communal sauna (coin operated), a shared washing machine and dryer (coin operated) and a bicycle storage room. Apartment 217RB14, Residenz Prorer Wiek: Your 2-room apartment (non-smoking) 217RB14 "Granitz" has a size of approx. 61qm and is for max. 4 people equipped. It is located on the upper floor and has a wonderful roof terrace that invites you to sunbathe and linger. The light-flooded apartment is divided into a hallway with a cloakroom, a living room with an open kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom and a shower room. The living area has a seating area with a sofa bed (190 x 160) for the 3rd / 4th Person, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio with Bluetooth function and free Wi-Fi access. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180 x 200), a large wardrobe and another flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and other various kitchen aids. The bathroom has a vanity with a large mirror, a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer and a heated towel rail. In addition, there is an ironing board and an iron in the apartment. Pets are welcome here!A free parking space is available directly at the house. As another special you can in the summer season (from approx. May - September) use your own beach chair free of charge.
