Dieses Mal haben wir unseren Kurzurlaub über Silvester in Binz verbracht. Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schon einmal über Silvester/Neujahr dort und waren begeistert von der tollen Stimmung am Strand und vom Feuerwerk. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Da das Haus, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, auf dem Klünderberg steht, läuft man zum Strand bergab und muss dann natürlich zurück den Berg wieder herauf. Das trifft auch für den "Rasenden Roland", der Bahnhof für die Dampflok-Schmalspurbahn liegt nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer FeWo-Anlage. Die Anlage war zum Zeitpunkt, als wir dort waren, nicht ausgebucht und dadurch recht ruhig. Wir haben für uns jedoch entschieden, dass wir im Sommer, wenn alles ausgebucht ist, dort nicht wohnen möchten. Es ist sehr hellhörig im Haus und wir sind von Haus aus einiges gewöhnt. Die Wohnung selbst ist normal ausgestattet. Die Couch ist durchgesessen, die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind unserer Meinung nach zu weich. Der Reinigungsservice, der die Wohnung betreut, könnte auch mal unter der Couch Staub wischen. Die Ein- und Ausladesituation bei An-/Abreise ist nicht ideal. Der Hauseingang liegt hofseitig und man kommt nur über eine längere Treppe/Weg zur Haustür, d.h. mehrfach laufen und schleppen... Den Balkon haben wir leider jahrezeitenbedingt nicht nutzen können, auch nicht den Strandkorb. Aber zu einer wärmeren Zeit ist es bestimmt ganz schön. Zur Parksituation: ... hier schließen wir uns unseren Vormietern an. Es gibt einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage und es ist tatsächlich etwas "abenteuerlich", dort einzuparken, hat aber ohne Schrammen funktioniert. Ansonsten gibt es an der Straße nur "Bezahlparkplätze" bzw. ein Stück weiter einen Parkplatz, wo man ebenfalls bezahlen muss (insges. jedoch etwas günstiger, derzeit 5 pro Tag). Zur Lage noch etwas: Bäcker und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle ein Stück weg (zu Fuß ca. 10-15 Minuten). Gleich um die Ecke gibt es schöne Wanderwege Richtung Sellin durch den Granitzer Forst. Alles in allem ganz nett - mit Luft nach oben :-) ##### Stephanie S. Stayed 5 nights in Dec 2021 ---
