Here you will find the impressive and completely renovated holiday home Haus Granitz. In the historic Binzprora you can enjoy the tranquility of everyday life with extensive walks, the sound of the sea and trips to the nearby nature. The direct beach location invites you to sunbathe and linger together. In a few minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea resort of Binz with its spa architecture villas or the port city of Sassnitz. A baker in the facility provides fresh bread every day. An elevator is available for easy access within the listed building.\[nbsp\] The already completed Granitz house is currently in a construction site area. The adjoining houses are currently being renovated. Apartment 110RB25, Haus Granitz: Your friendly non-smoking 3-room apartment 110RB25 has 80 sqm of living space and is located on the 2nd Floor of the house. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the pine forest and the Baltic Sea dunes, not just from the balcony. The modern apartment, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, can be occupied by up to 4 people. The 3-room apartment, furnished with attention to detail, makes for a particularly pleasant stay thanks to its high-quality furnishings. The apartment has an upstream hallway, a spacious living area, a dining area, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen and two bathrooms. In the living area you will find a comfortable seating area, a flat screen TV and free WiFi access. In the kitchen area you will find an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other extensive kitchen inventory. Both bedrooms have a double bed, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and blackout fabrics for a good night's sleep. A sleeping area also has another access to the balcony. Wenn ich nicht nochmal dort hingefahren wäre dann würde ich immer noch auf den Schlüssel warten. Und das ist nicht das alles. Mir wurde vor Ort erklärt das da ein Handwerker rein muss ich aber nicht dabei sein muss!!! Bitte was ??? Da sind meine Wertsachen in der Wohnung und das Ganze ging in den 4 kurzen Tagen 2 mal. Geht in meinen Augen überhaupt nicht.Fahre seid über 20 Jahren nach Rügen aber sowas ist mir noch nie passiert und werde auch nicht mehr über den Verein buchen ##### Nicole W.
