The dune park was built around 1996 on the outskirts of Binz. The houses with the holiday apartments are sheltered from the wind behind typical Baltic pine trees approx. 100 meters from the fine sandy bathing beach of the Baltic Sea. A baker at the entrance to the facility provides fresh bread. Furthermore, bicycle boxes, a barbecue area and a playground are available for the children.

Your modern 2-room apartment 16RB104 has a size of approx. 62 qm and is for max. 4 people furnished. It is located 1\. Upper floor and has a covered south-facing balcony.\[nbsp\] The living room is divided into a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and other kitchen gadgets, as well as a cozy dining area and living area with a flat-screen TV, stereo and Blu-ray DVD player. The couch can be pulled out quickly for 2 people to sleep, and the living room also has additional blackout fabrics for a comfortable sleep. From the living room you reach the large and furnished south-facing balcony, which also offers plenty of space for 4 people to sit or sunbathe. From the bedroom with a double bed, additional TV and blackout fabrics you can get into the dressing room and from there into the bathroom (the bathroom is also accessible via the hallway). This is provided with underfloor heating and tiled exclusively with granite. Shower, vanity, toilet and hair dryer are part of the equipment. You can store your clothes and suitcases in the separate dressing room and lock your valuables in the built-in safe. A children's travel bed and high chair are available for younger guests. Internet access for a small fee is available to our guests.\[nbsp\] A private parking space is available in the underground garage.\[Nbsp\]
