Some hair on the bed cover, wall corner can see something like rats or cockroaches poop , laying on the bed we are three people feel itchy, very bad experience.

Room smelled like a million cigarettes were smoked in it. People drinking beer and smoking outside lobby during day and night. Wish I didn’t bring my family here.

Vary clean and well maintained, we asked for an early check in and they were very accommodating. They breakfast service was plentiful and the server was pleasant and efficient. Would not hesitate to stay again

Room was bigger than expected and larger than surrounding hotels with same type of room, rate was cheaper than surrounding hotels, only thing I can complain about is the bathroom being partially updated as the shower head is way too short I'm 6' tall and had to crouch to shower, my wife is 5'4 and was slightly shorter than the shower head. All in all great room and price, staff was great, surrounding parking lot sucks more pot holes than a seasonal maintenance road.

The rooms are a bit dated. The bathrooms are especially in need of an update. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast is standard fare. I would stay again.

We had booked for a longer stay. Discovered bugs in bed and informed staff. Told someone would be up to check it out. Room was changed. Informed desk (2 different clerks) we would not stay full reservation, that we wanted a comp for the night we stayed, and were told the GM would contact, which did not happen. We do not plan to pay for the stay and would appreciate a resolution. Thank you for your assistance.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The room and the beds were fine. Our window has a crack going through the entire thing and needs to be replaced. The closet door is broken. The shower is a disaster. The shower head was filthy, the molding around the tub had mold, the drain was black. We did not shower the whole weekend because the shower was completely gross and unappealing. This was room 407.

Room 104 was pretty dark. The room could use better lighting! The breakfast is pretty good. The fitness room is misleading. You get a voucher to the fitness center in the next parking lot😂

Only there 2 nights. Very pleased. The hotel is not new but kept clean. You see the cleaning staff working hard. Nicest desk receptionists. Full breakfast. Location had stores and restaurants near.
