Great selection of coffee , wife did ok in the Casino ( break even, and not my bank )
Loved the Buffet , and staff was also great there
I made it to the hotel earlier than expected and it was a horrible storm outside therefore I appreciate them for letting me get my room before 4. I was frantic and panicking not know what I was gonna do if I had to wait while the weather was that bad. Thanks for being understanding and showing hospitality

This location is probably the worst casino to stay at if you have the choice to have other options. There was a number of things that either went wrong or were just gross. Like the unhelpfulness of the staff asked were we could go and get a towel for the pool that was so unhelpful and went back to acting like she couldn’t hear us. A lady came and reset the machine my husband was playing and he didn’t even get the funds out of it! She offered nothing bc she barely spoke English,which makes no sense to have someone work on the floor that can’t explain anything what so ever. The bathrooms in the room were not cleaned with toothpaste or something still on the mirror and the streaks of gunk on the glass shower was just unreal and so obvious.

I enjoyed my stay but when I was in the bed housekeeping walked in and made a mistake of delivering some items to the wrong room. They apologized but I didn’t like the fact that they opened my door. Next time I’ll put the extra lock on the door

This was a same day nonrefundable reservation through Expedia. You could have reached out to Expedia and possibly selected a different date but not cancel without being charged your first night room and tax.
We had a great time at this property. Food was good but not enough restaurants inside of it and limited seating in the dining area but overall was good. There was broken glass beer bottles all in the parking lot so you have to be careful where you park and walk.

Resort seems a bit old, though rooms seemed updated. Staff friendly. Seafood buffet excellent! Downside casino was not non-smoking! A bit overpriced for area and compared to other casinos in the area.

People next to us smoking pot. Was not able to sit out on our balcony with the ocean view due to the smell of pot. What a shame since I paid for the view with a balcony. You could smell it in the hall way. Surely the staff could smell it.

We are so sorry you didn't have a good experience. Typically, when these issues are reported to the desk, we make sure to address this with our guests. Smoking is permitted on our balconies, including for those who have medical marijuana prescriptions, so please bear that in mind.
They never let me check in and they didn’t want to refund my booking. I booked an hour before I showed up on Monday. They told me I had to cancel on Sunday. I said how if I booked today online can you give a deadline from yesterday

I was not able to check-in at 4pm as stated in the check-in policy. The clerk said the room was not ready because it was still being cleaned. She didn't offer any other room for check-in nor offer anything for the inconvenience.

We apologize that we were unable to meet your expectations. While most of our rooms are usually ready, check in BEGINS at 4pm, and if a guest is waiting on a specific room type, there can be delays as we do our bes to get each room perfectly prepared for the next guest.
The room and accommodations were excellent. My only complaint is the breakfast buffet. The grits tasted like sanitation solution, it was bad…I immediately asked for my refund! I know the cooks were probably making the best of a bad situation, but the food need to re-evaluated…nothing was edible!
