Pros: nice hotel
Cons: nothing
Location: close to the shore. bout 20 minutes from the mall
Came down for my daughter's 18th bday. she wanted a quick getaway so she chose Mississippi! I'm glad she did!

Cons: INFUSION CAFE HAD NO POPCORN AND DID NOT WANT TO POP ANY WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT.ONLY 3 FLAVORS OF ICE CREAM,OTHER BINS EMPTY

More than you might expect!

What a staff! I had a special security need and it was handled professionally and courteously. The room was exceptionally clean and maintained well. Dinner at 32, the steak restaurant, was outstanding. Our waiter, Tom, and his assistant were right there when we needed them. Our food was the correct temperature and served on time. I can't say enough. The only draw back is that I didn't "break the bank"....LOL Overall a wonderful weekend experience. Felix J. Famularo

Passing through on trip from south TX to NC

Pros: The rooms on the 6th floor were smoke-free, spacious and very clean.
Cons: Somehow eliminate the smell of smoke in the lobby. Attempting to cover it with air fresheners does not work.
Location: The hotel was conveniently located just a mile or two off I-10.
Was looking for a nice hotel for a quick overnight stay enroute from Victoria, TX to Denver, NC. Found this hotel on Yelp, and it was rated as one of the top 5 hotels in Biloxi. When we walked in around 11:30 pm, the smell of smoke and air freshener to cover up the smoke was almost nauseating. A woman (still not sure if she was hotel staff or a guest) was sitting down near the floor by an old cooler and was handing out drinks to random people. The hotel staff who checked us in were accommodating and friendly. Our rooms on the 6th floor exceeded expectations and were modernly furnished and spotless. We spent about an hour on the non-smoking casino floor which was almost deserted and smelled of cigarette smoke and air freshener. We only saw one member of hotel staff during that time. I do not recommend this hotel for non-smokers.

Used to be great

Horrible service from the time we drove up. From the valet, to the room, to the casino, the IP needs to get back to customer service. The casino was packed each night so it doesn't make any sense that there are only two valets, two bellhops, no working service elevators so it took 45 min to get our luggage to and 30 min from our room, 3 casino waitresses, a horrible band on a Friday night, and all on a Holiday week. Our room was very dirty and we had to ask for things like a clean shower curtain and shower mat. Water rings on tables from other hotel guests so you know the furniture wasn't even wiped down. Only say one housekeeper on our floor the 3 days we were there. Why is it not policy for the front desk to add both spouse names to the room in case the one not listed needs a room key? At least ask when a couple is checking in. Oh, and the mattresses are horrible and need to be replaced.

Housekeeping did not clean our room after several

Calls. We finally reached a manager. Brenda on the front desked. It was late, but a lady finally came and change the bed and brought clean towels. Sad performance gor such a grand hotel.

Great holiday get away

I love everything about staying here, but the cleanest is the only thing that I didn't like but everything else I love, would do it again
