Used to be great
Horrible service from the time we drove up. From the valet, to the room, to the casino, the IP needs to get back to customer service. The casino was packed each night so it doesn't make any sense that there are only two valets, two bellhops, no working service elevators so it took 45 min to get our luggage to and 30 min from our room, 3 casino waitresses, a horrible band on a Friday night, and all on a Holiday week. Our room was very dirty and we had to ask for things like a clean shower curtain and shower mat. Water rings on tables from other hotel guests so you know the furniture wasn't even wiped down. Only say one housekeeper on our floor the 3 days we were there. Why is it not policy for the front desk to add both spouse names to the room in case the one not listed needs a room key? At least ask when a couple is checking in. Oh, and the mattresses are horrible and need to be replaced.
