Beautiful property awful experience
Got an upgrade to King Suite due to overbooking. Wonderful property, fabulous suite, but no sheets for pull out bed. 2 small kids. 2 hours after 1st request, 4 calls and 1 trip downstairs, staff brought a rollaway bed, no sheets or pillow for pull out. On check out, it took exactly 1 hour to get our vehicle from the "complimentary" valet. Smokers occupied ever square inch of the hotel lobby area so wait was unbearable.
