Great hotel and entertainment. Room was clean and comfortable beds. One con about the room, the air conditioner was loud Turning on and off.

Had to wait about 20 minutes in line to check in. Hotel is just ok. However the thirty two restaurant is very nice.

Not enough staff at check in

Only two people working the front desk at check in. Line was very long and took forever. Besides that, I have no other complaints. We had a great time and look forward to staying there again.

More than I expected

Pros: Convienent, clean, friendly!
Cons: Room could have had a microwave! Luggage carts would have been great!
Location: Close to all casinos in the area!
Was pleasantly surprised at how clean and sharply decorated!

IP fair stay overnight

We frequent Biloxi on business and try different hotels not visiting the casino area. So our experience is w check in / room condition etc. Lobby entrance smoky. Check in - my request for K non smoking extra pillows and extra coffee was not in the system. Room was fair...carpet had numerous stains...telephone by bed didn’t work...check out on tv option not available. Called valet for car told us 5-7 mins...it was 10 mins once we got down there. Would not recommend hotel potion of IP. Other hotel in area that is newer and better service

Pubes on the bed. Yea...pubes...We walked in and there were pubes. We thought...oh no that can’t be pubes...then it was. My friend slept in a sleeping bag to escape the pubes. Pubes everywhere.
