Clean but nickle dime you to death
When we arrived, there was only Valet service available to get in. Plus it was backed up due to a pro fight going on that night and a band playing at the resort. I had to park illegally go check in and ask how to park. I learned where to park. Then I went to the concierge desk to ask for help to get my luggage to my room. I asked for a cart on rollers but they treated me badly saying they don't do that and let me go away. I asked him if there was any help available for a 100% disabled veteran. They said no. So I had to take my luggage from the parking garage to the other side of the hotel where my room was. They charge you for valet service to park your car and take you luggage to your room plus the hotel charges you additionally for parking your car at the end of your stay. So many charges?????
