Being they allow pets, the rooms smell of urine. Sorry, they do, I was in two different rooms. Terrible smell throughout hallways. The people and other amenities were great though.

I had a perfect view of the gulf however the windows were so dirty it obstructed the view. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating!

We booked a double queen room and were given a king bed room! We had 4 adults. They did bring us a cot but one person had to sleep on the floor. The hotel was outdated as well. The staff was very nice but this was unacceptable.

I paid extra for the Gulfview room, and the property gave me a gulf view room, but a handicap bathroom and they told me that’s the best I could do. I will not be staying there again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was great and accommodating. Hotel was clean and I would go back to stay on my next trip out to visit my son in the Navy. 5 stars

Was there at 4:45 pm to check in, room wasn't ready. Persons ahead of me were getting a welcome package, soda and water. None was offered. The door to the bath room was very difficult to slde and ther was a large soda stain on the wall. I really expected better from a Hilton. I would not stay recommend or stay there again.

I do apologize for the mistake. We try to give non Hilton members or beginner members at least cookies and water for their stay.

This was in the perfect location for the Mississippi Gulf Marathon weekend. Perfect for everything I wanted to do and appreciated the little extra time at checkout. Would definitely stay there again.

Likes / walking distance to casino was convenient. Dislikes / Carpet in our room was damp upon arrival / had a wet dog odor until it dried out ( next day ) Still haven’t received my final bill via e mail.

There’s no free breakfast no microwave no refrigerator and no clock.. That’s very unusual for a Hilton.. The price I paid per night I feel those things should have been a given..

Overall clean facility. Friendly staff. Convenient for my reason for being in Biloxi. Bed was a little soft for my taste. Pillows were WAY TOO SOFT. I think most people want to put their head ON the pillow not IN the pillow. Everything else was just fine.
