The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove dirty sheets and linens and place them on top of the bed. Place wet towels in the bathtub.
Place trash into trash bags into outdoor brown or recycle bins. If outdoor bins are full, pull them to curb for Friday trash pick-up.
Please leave the oven microwave light on. Turn all other lights OFF. Leave unused rolls of toilet paper. This helps keep prices low. Set Summer thermostat to 78°F/Winter to 60°F. Close all blinds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Parking: Do not park in the Peace by Peace vacant lot across the street, or block any assigned spaces to the left of the Cottage, (Law office).
Furniture: Do not remove indoor chairs for outside use.
Children: Please supervise children at all times and do not let them jump on beds, couches or furniture.
