Nice centrally located hotel in downtown Billings. Close to lots of bars, restaurants, and boutique shopping. Easy drive to the Metra and MSU-Billings. The hotel itself is ok; you are definitely paying for location and amenities.

They've made some changes, removed the coffee shop, & cut back the distance of their shuttle services.

Regarding the shuttle, we do change it to every 30 minutes during the winter months to be safe on the road with adverse weather and be able to accommodate all guests. We hope you give us another chance to better serve you when your travels bring you back to Bilings.

Wasn’t given formal warning about age restriction for checkin, first front desk clerk was very unapproachable tried denoting room other than that 5 star rating.

This is not a swanky hotel and honestly it’s pretty average BUT the staff here is just amazing and sets this hotel apart from others in Billings. They make the experience so very nice. The drivers of the cookie van shuttle are awesome, desk clerks are helpful, housekeeping is great, restaurant staff are polite and the bar staff downstairs make you feel welcome as a solo traveler. This hotel is smack downtown so most everything that you would need is within walking distance. City views from the rooms are pretty nice if you get high enough up. Jake’s steakhouse is across the street and is probably one of the best in town. I stay at this hotel when I’m just flying in and out of Billings. If I had a car, I wouldn’t stay downtown.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Some peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Also, there is a door stop on the floor right outside the tub, and it's really easy to forget about it and stub your toe.

The shower head came off the wall and sprayed the entire bathroom. The bathroom floor was dirty day one and never really got any better

Very nice hotel in downtown Billings. Conveniently located near downtown entertainment areas, and they comp your parking in the city garage that you can access by elevated walkway. Breakfast was very good at their restaurant, which also offers a beautiful view ofthe fail yards znd refinery, as well as the Rims. Marked down on cleanliness because the doors and hallway walls have scuff marks from being hit by luggage and carts. Also, our shower drainwas partially clogged and the plumbing fixtures were loose. Overall, i would definitely stay there again, it'd just be bettet if they took care of those details that are the difference between good and great.

Hotel is great. Room wasn't completely ready for occupancy when I checked in. The hotel is very comfortable and usually ready to go upon check-in.

The hotel didnt have a room available even though we had a reservation. The staff was great and made it work though. It was a little expensive though, nit sure we will stay again.

Hotel was very clean, safe and quiet and the beds and temperature control were comfortable. Only minor complaints were the toilet is not made for people over 6' tall and the toilet paper was cheap and flimsy. That stated, I would stay again.

The room was rather terrible … very dated interior … extremely expensive for the very plain and rather unattractive room with a very unattractive view of the oil refinery. No opportunity to switch rooms, or upgrade. This was the most expensive stay yet for a very ho-hum room. Really disliked the double beds when we are a couple and had to sleep apart.

Terrible beds
Though the room was clean, quiet, and nicely appointed, the bed was abysmal and desperately needs replacing.....it sagged horribly in the middle making it very difficult to stay on a side. We paid for a decent night's sleep, and slept worse than we would have at a motel 6.
