I stayed with my family and had the people upstairs bouncing around all night and across the room we had a alarm go off for 3 hours but in all this that happened we were able to get a hold of management and they were able to make it right which was very professional! Thank you

The beds more lumpy and worn out, the floors were unkept and dusty, one of the walls had unsightly something maybe feces or vomit on it. I went to use one of the wash cloths and it looked like feces was left behind. I will never waste my money on this property again.

It was ok but for $215 the floors could be clean and the walls could be insulated. Could hear every footstep and noise in hallway and surrounding rooms. Pool/waterpark is just a glorified city pool. Very loud and not super clean. Kids had fun on the slides.

when my husband pulled the cover back on bed found the duvet was dirty. looked like either blood or feces. the lady at the front desk was very accommodating. she moved us to another rm immediately. do not think we would stay here again.

Great stay for three nights. However, I booked 2 queen beds and we got 2 full size beds. Night shift staff kind of grouchy in the morning but everyone else was great.

I had to call three times in the middle of the night to ask the front desk to tell the people in the room above me to quiet down. They never did. In fact they came down around 2am and yelled down my hallway that they got in trouble for being too loud. I am on a very long road trip and got zero sleep. I chose this motel due to the convenience of the interstate and reviews. I was warned that if I had pets that barked three times in the middle of the night that we would be evicted. My dogs didn’t make one peep but the party above me sounded like elephants stomping and banging and moving furniture around all night. Very disappointed in the staff to remedy this issue after three calls. I will not return.

I absolutely loved the staff and the guy that was checking me in was extremely friendly. Extremely knowledgeable about his hotel and the things that happen in it. He was very prompt and he knew exactly the right details to tell me. I definitely have never had better customer service than I did with this check-in. I appreciate a good, easy fast checking like that to the point. All the details 😁

Room was dirty, halls where dirty elevator was dirty, if it wasn’t dirty it was beat up scratched up. The water in bathroom didn’t work right. The dead bolt on door didn’t work. over all was a nice place 20 years ago. Didn’t even have the basic usb charging port for your cell phone. Will not be booking again.

We were put in a room close to the loby, it was very loud at all hours. Tried to get breakfast several times but it was empty each time. When asked for 2 extra towels as there was only 2 in the room, they asked if we were staying another night before giving them to us.

This hotel is dirty and holes in the bathrooms and walls. The beds were comfortable, pillows were horrible. Shower were horrible and water barely came out to shower. I was disappointed in this hotel for others told me it was a good o e. For the price of the stay it was not worth it.

This is an older hotel that should be updated. Fairly clean. Mattress is old and not very comfortable. The bath door frame had rust all over it. Staff were very friendly.

They tell you right away that they don’t do maid service if you stay more than one night. Fine, that seems to be the new norm. They told us to come down and get towels at the front desk when we needed them. When my husband did this, he was treated like it was an inconvenience and he was bothering the front desk person. Breakfast the first day was awesome. There is a very tall gentleman, that was working very hard to keep us all fed, and he was very friendly and cleaned up the place and made sure everything was stocked. The second day by the time we got down to eat at 9:30 there was no food. The people who were eating there were eating cereal, and said that the food had been out for quite a while. I finally went to find someone. There was a young lady on her phone in the back room playing with the plugs in her ears while she was texting her playing games or something on her phone. I let her know that there was no food out there and she SNAPPED at me that breakfast was over in 15 minutes. I told her I didn’t appreciate her being rude to me. I told her the food had been out for a while, and that breakfast was scheduled until 10 AM. She snapped at me that she was the only one there and she doesn’t know what to tell me. It seemed to me that if she wasn’t in the back on her phone for the last 45 minutes to an hour that being short-staffed wouldn’t have mattered. I’ve never been talked to like that before, especially at a hotel…

We enjoyed our two night stay. The staff was amazing! Breakfast was typical buffet food but it was hot and yummy. Only complaint was it was a little noisy due to kids at the water park. Even that wasn’t overly annoying. Price was lower than others.

Don’t do it!!
One of the worst hotel stays we have ever had. Started with getting the wrong type of room, then we were moved to the worst room in the whole hotel. The breakfast was terrible, the rooms are outdated and bed was very uncomfortable. The pictures of the rooms should be updated to show the reality of what you will be getting.

Was fairy disappointed to be honest . Hotel was clean but I guess I expected more from the name and the price . First off hotel only had a chair in it - in pictures showed a couch ( so only one person could sit ) had 1 one hanger in closet . Can’t charge anything to your room had to always take cash down . Breakfast had no meats , one day pancakes next biscuits , we stayed at an 80 night hotel the night before and had a way better breakfast so that was disappointing
