I heard a bird chirping by the steps all night and people talking on the steps. Very noisy and can hear thru the walls everything. Everything echos. Blanket was thin and room was not what I expected. I thought we were suppose to have a bath tub but ended up with a shower. Was put by the maintenance room, so he was in n out. Someone make that bird shut up!

The lady at the front desk was very kind. Excellent customer service. The room was super clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was quiet.

The floor in our room descended at least 5 degrees from the door to the opposite wall. It was like sleeping on hillside. Crazy.

'Will stay again.
Bathroom floor is heated. Very clean room. Excellent staff, very friendly. Great breakfast choices. Tv remote didn’t work, but that’s ok. I’m sure they would have remedied it immediately if I wanted them too. Price is right also.

Be careful parking around there…
The Clock Tower was great as usual. Only they were out of pet friendly rooms so I left my Chesapeake's in the pickup. They are hunting dogs. My pickup has water and beds for the dogs. My pickup is also to large for the parking so I parked in wrong place and was asked to move by some security. The security also commented on leaving dogs in the vehicle. The “rent a cop” security guy again said they would call the cops for leaving dogs in a vehicle and impound my pickup. It was at night and it’s winter so it is not hot. My dogs are probably cared for more than some peoples kids. Anyway the rent a cop made such a deal out of it that I left about midnight and just drove home. It was a terrible experience only because of a roaming security company. Again the clock tower was good but the security guy who could have been nice and lenient on an over sized pickup was terrible.

We came for a concert at Pub Station, which is right across the street. There are lots of dining options in easy walking distance, and many of them give a discount if you show your hotel key card. The breakfast is an actual menu breakfast from the restaurant on the property, not the typical hotel breakfast. The hotel is older, but well maintained and clean.

It is very rough around this hotel, feels unsafe. Staff was awful and actually told me handicapped people can walk up stairs when they gave me a second floor room w no elevator access. I would never stay at this hotel again

We are very sorry to see you did not enjoy your stay with us as much as the previous time. You booked a room with two queen beds and had made no mention in your reservation of needing any special requirements which we always try to accommodate. Upon reviewing the check-in via our cameras you did make a comment about being upset regarding having a lot of luggage and then made a comment about what if someone was handicapped. We do have handicap-accessible rooms but they were sold out on that day. I am glad to see that the front desk was able to move some things around and get you into a room that was elevator accessible.

Other than the room door opening to the street this was a comfortable clean motel. Sad I missed complimentary breakfast at the neighboring cafe (flight out too early). 10% off other dining options in town was a plus for dinner.

We are very sorry to hear about your inconvenience regarding parking your oversized vehicle. Unfortunately, being a downtown property we are very limited in our space, and parking oversized vehicles such as buses, and Uhauls is difficult and there isn't really a great way to call that out on this site. However, we try to be as proactive as possible and have an automated message that goes out just after booking explaining our parking situation and then we send another automated message just prior to arrival reiterating our parking and other items guests may want to know. We double-checked and can confirm both messages did go out and would welcome any feedback on how we could better improve those messages to help guests understand our parking situation.

Clean rooms, Great breakfast.
The check in was easy. The room was nice. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is downtown, not right off the freeway. It was somewhat loud with people talking and loud cars. This was solved with turning on white noise.

loved the breakfast. It was outstanding. Room was small but adequate. The AC unit did not cycle...the fan was on all night. Staff was very helpful by giving us a different room that was ready for immediate occupancy thus saving us 1-1 1/2 hrs
