Great location and the suite itself was perfect for us. Breakfast was very good. Pool was a bit cold, but fun. Workout room was pretty good. Asked for more towels for the pool area one night and got some, but was told more would be brought and they never came. Room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but didn’t see that occur (granted we were only there 3 days). Hand sanitizers around area were all out of hand sanitizer. Door for suite had lock falling apart some. Some damage notes to walls in suite, but minimal.

For the price and location, it was shabby and old. Not clean. The sofa bed was very old and wires poking, and they didn't have extra blanket to add to the cushion. Their Breakfast was low level and very limited.

The suite was spacious and had plenty of room for our family. We especially loved the kitchenette, which made it possible for us to prepare our own meals. Since we were on a tight budget for our weekend getaway, it really helped us to save money by not eating out. They had many breakfast options, but we do wish they had a waffle or pancake maker. We plan to stay there again in the future.

Everything was good with our stay. The family loved the variety of food for the free breakfast. We’ll most likely stay in the same hotel when we visit Boston again.

Dear guest,Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your time. We keep our pool between 82 to 83 degrees. When the temperature goes up, bacteria and algae production does too. So, we have to be very cautious about it.

Sweet Suite
Nice hotel with breakfast. Took forever for hot water but I think they were in the middle of upgrading the system. We would try again.

Disappointing as of late. This hotel has always been our got to place for many years. Last 3 visits have been sub-par. For the prices charged, at a minimum I expect clean conditions and a helpful staff. Will be looking at other hotels next time around.

They have an excellent breakfast selection and the crew was awesome at keeping up with stock and cleanliness of the area. Thank you. Will definitely be coming back

The room and facilities were a little worn. Needs an update. Suite doors didn't close, bathroom lock missing, shampoo containers partially installed. Just needs an all around refresh! But staff was super nice and helpful.

Nasty once we got to the room dishwasher had dirty dishes , blood on rug and sheets ,dirty shower curtain. Called to change room and they said they changed my room 3 times which was a lie but it’s whatever I will never go back there.

Filthy room
The smell in the hallways and rooms was really disgusting. People were constantly cooking in the rooms some kind of seafood. The chairs, coach and carpets were very dirty. In fact, there was a big red stain on the carpet next to the bed.
