Lovely stay! Everything about the hotel was so comfortable. Loved being able to have our two dogs staying with us and the fact that they have treats at the front desk is so sweet! All of the employees were very nice and have a positive attitude. Slept sooo well both nights. It was very quiet and felt safe. 24/7 tea/ coffee was super nice to have since I like to have tea before bed. Great selection of teas! There is an also a selection of pastries in the morning. This is the best super 8 we have stayed at.

This was the best super 8 ever! We stayed on first floor and I enjoyed the wood floors and very comfortable beds!Great amenities and some good souvenirs for sale. We also very much approved of the recycling!!!

The front desk staff Jenn and Marjorie were so nice and full of suggestions for activities. Baked cookies much appreciated. The property is across the street from the supermarket and in the center of town. Loved my stay here!

A serious soundproofing problem
The staff is very nice and the place is beautiful, the problem is the noise isolation You simply hear everything from every direction, every time someone talks outside the room, drags suitcases, walks upstairs, you simply hear everything And on the first floor, the rooms are right in front of the reception, so there is constant talk that is very disturbing

Super 8 Noise
I was given a room with an adjoining door to the next room. I heard everything from the other room like they were in my living room. I stuck it out one night, then moved to a room with no interior door. The building is old--and generally not insulated, In the new room, I was waken up early by footsteps above me--Like the Sting song, I heard "Every step you take." The heater/air conditioner was by far the loudest I have ever heard. It didn't stay constantly on so you could adjust to the noise, came on every 5 minutes or so for 30 seconds. The in room refrigerator was way too cold--It froze and ruined a bag of salad and a banana. The ice cold cider did taste good. I will never stay there again.

They advertise themselves online that they serve breakfast. Well, they don't. The worst coffee I ever had. A couple of pastries...that it. They dont tell you ahead that they dint clean the rooms...unless you ask for it...they said 3 days to change sheet and towels and 4 days went by and I had to ask for it. Dont even go by to pick up the garbage or vacum the room...nothing...never coming back to this trashy place.

Pleasantly surprised. Hotel was easy to find and right outside the gates of Yellowstone. We saw dozens of elk on the hill leaving the park so that was an added plus! Also we didn’t know but the hotel has coffee, muffins and danishes for breakfast and we weren’t counting on that! Super bonus!! The only two negatives I could find were one) no elevator makes it really difficult to carry heavy luggage up stairs and two) the tub in the bathroom really needs attention. Thats all.. would stay here again!!’

Two 70 yr old sr citizens in third floor landing room, not in hall. At top of three stories, no elevator or help with tons of luggage for Yellowstone. Noise from stairwell would funnel directly into our room. No sleep til 12:30am. Husband was hit by hall door when we were taking out luggage upon checkout. Check out time was 10am instead of 11 or 12.

We were in town for a 2 day tour of northern Yellowstone.. This time of year, there is not much going on in Gardiner so there were VERY FEW EATING OPTIONS. It was just a place to stay that was closest to the Yellowstone entrance. Overall ok place to stay...very basic but it served its purpose. Right across the street from the only grocery store in town. 5 minutes from entrance to Yellowstone. About 1 hour 15 min to Bozeman Airport.

Bathroom not very clean, drain not working. If staff is only in the room every three days if someone stays that long then the facilities will suffer. You don’t have to change sheets or towels every day but garage should be emptied daily and the facilities should be cleaned. Very friendly staff.

Great location for exploring Yellowstone National Park. It was clean and at least had a fridge & microwave. Walls are paper thin but it wasn’t too bad.

Very Unfriendly and unprofessional
Trying to check in was difficult. The front desk was vacant. After 10+ minutes of waiting I called the motel to let them know I was there and needed checked in. The associate eventually showed up and was not rude but was obviously irritated. After beginning our check in he gave extra attention to the lady behind us and was extremely kind to her calling her darling and made us wait while he checked her in and then finished our check in. Very unprofessional and obviously like the ladies. If I decide to stay there again I hope this associate is not who I have to deal with again. Shampoo and Conditioner were empty, Not a big deal but irritating.

No one was at the check in desk. Waited 15 min. Then called the hotel and he answered from a cordless phone. When he got there he was very impersonal and not friendly at all. He acted like it was a an effort to check us in

The breakfast wasn't much and same every day. no amenities. Staff was super except for 1 morning person who didn't rally want to work evidently. Spent time on porch on phone, insisted door to outside be open while we were freezing and temp in40's/ People were waiting for her to make coffee. The rest of staff were OUTSTANDING

Disappointing and vastly overpriced
Unbelievably expensive for the standard offered. Advertises breakfast included, sorry but coffee and a stale donut is not breakfast in my book. Overall very disappointing.
