The place is described accurately but the pictures make it look much nicer and spacious than reality. The kitchen has a good cooking set (only used one night) but it has the minimal number of coffee cups (2 small, 2 large), plates, glasses, etc. (4 of each); which felt short. On another note, we booked this place a little over 2 months in advance and the owner informed us 2 days before our arrival that maintenance will have to stop during our stay to fix some "minor" things (clogged sink, broken table stool, etc.), which is appreciated but an annoyance and more considering how strict they are about check out – meaning: why weren’t they fixed before our arrival. To exemplify the strict checkout time: the cleaning person arrived at 9.35am (check out is at 10am) to let us know that there was "no rush" but that they will be waiting outside the property. ##### Antonio G.
