"Staff is great. The breakfast serving area is a bit tight. There hot food is excellent but they put small plates of food into a case w/ sliding windows. It's hard to get to the food. Check-in was OK. One staff member was dealing w/ a reservation on the phone; her colleague was outside talking w/ another employee, so we had to wait about 5 mins to check in. The staff had changed our room from 2 queen beds and a couch to one king bed and a couch. We had to ask them to change it back to what we reserved. We didn't really need the amenities. Location is close to Ball State, which is great. We have stayed here before w/ no issue."

"Very clean quiet. Didn't like potholes in entrance 😩😫 at would help if there was a sign higher up indicating the entrance was the hotel. Overall enjoyed stay will definitely stay again. Can't understand the pay to park situation. Room fee is already expensive !!!!"
