"フロントはほぼ中国語しか話せず、私たちは少ししか中国語が話せなかったのでチェックイン時に難儀しました。滞在費はチェックイン時に現金のみで支払いです。ベッドのマットレスは硬かったです。掃除の際に500mlほどの水を2本補充してくれていましたが、歯ブラシと石鹸は補充してくれませんでした。また、google mapsに記載されている住所は謝りで、正しい住所は百度の地図に載っています。"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in Beijing for a 10 days family vacation. I took a chance and booked us a location that was off the touristy spot where all the big hotels were - so glad I did - VUE is a hidden gem. We took to walking around the Hutong neighborhoods right away, my father loved his morning walks in Houhai Park which was right behind the hotel. "This hotel is overdue for repairs and remodeling -the carpet is so dirty that's disgusting ! In February when it's sunny outside the indoor temperature was so high that's suffocating ! And the only option for hotel guests? Open the window! Not sure what's wrong with their HVAC? "

"Wonderful stuff, friendly and helpful. The room was unacceptable: old, with ripped wallpaper, peeling paint, non working AC (the hotel wasn’t able to fix it and suggested to keep windows open), dated furniture, signs of heavy wear and tear everywhere, stained carpet with holes. The mattress was extremely firm. The bedding was clean. They supplied plenty of bottled water. "
