Nestled in the heart of Boulder Bay, this charming two-story 4BR/2BA home offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Just minutes from scenic hiking and biking trails, water activities, and local marinas, this retreat is also close to The Village’s shopping and dining, as well as world-class skiing at Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Ski Resorts.  
Inside, the main living area boasts vaulted ceilings, large windows, custom chandeliers, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, furnished with two plush sofas and a TV with cable. Upstairs, a loft area provides additional entertainment with a full-size sleeper sofa, a skylight, a TV with a DVD player and HDMI port, and a full-size arcade featuring classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Frogger.   
The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for three, and a sunlit dining area with a five-person table positioned next to sliding glass doors that lead to the deck. This home sleeps eight guests comfortably, with a primary bedroom featuring a king bed, private deck access, and an air hockey table, while the additional bedrooms offer a mix of twin trundles and a queen-size bed. One bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, and another has a walk-in shower with built-in bench seating.

• Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers.
