VRR-2024-2909 \*\*Mail and Package Deliveries Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages. Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option. While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed. \*\*Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance Recommendation We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have a clear cancellation policy in place: • 100% Refund – Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. • 50% Refund – After the 48-hour period, guests will receive a 50% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check-in. • No Refund – Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
