The Space: The living room offers a plush L-shaped sofa perfect for kicking up your feet to stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The stylish kitchen showcases retro-inspired appliances, a farm sink, and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. You’ll find a chic table for 2 back in the living room for all your dining needs whether unpacking takeout from a local restaurant or simply enjoying a quiet moment with your morning cup of coffee. This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom including a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund. • You must be 21 or older to reserve this property. Individuals under the age of 21 who book this home may have their reservations canceled or interrupted without the option of a refund. • Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use. • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking for 1 vehicle.
