Great locating or a great hotel
Very nice historic hotel. It has been a ‘hits’ since 1590! Very goad food, rooms, service, parking, and smiles. Great location…close to good restaurants, nice shopping, medieval buildings, and museums. Have Fun!

My parents and I stayed here in October 2022. Our experience could not have been any better, starting right from the moment Brigitte welcomed us with such joy and warmth. She was wonderful, as was this hotel. There is an old world charm here, and this is also true of Memmingen, which this hotel sits right in the heart of. I hope to someday make it back to Memmingen, and will stay here as without question my first option.

Cozy Hotel
The staff was friendly and the hotel is convenient to the train station and quaint little town. The parking is right across the narrow cobblestone street. The first room we were in the AC wasn't working, so they moved our rooms and the second AC was noisy but otherwise the service and rooms were excellent.

Superb Hotel
Superb hotel in central location near railway station. Welcoming & attentive staff. Excellent quality & value food & drink. The hotel has a warm, homely atmosphere. It was the perfect finish to our holiday. Highly recommended.

Great location in the old town and close to the station. The room was spacious and clean although furnishings maybe a bit tired. The breakfast was great value with a wide selection.

Enjoyed the hotel very much
Very good hotel and great location. Memmingen is a wonderful and quiet town. We enjoyed everything very much. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the parking was also very close. The hotel's restaurant was very good and we had dinner there. The breakfast is 6 Euro per person but well worth it, we enjoyed two-day of it.

We only stayed there less than a night as we needed to catch an early morning flight. Check in was quick and easy. Room was a decent size and perfect for the 4 of us over night. Restaurant downstairs didn’t have much on the menu that was kid friendly so we went else where. Lots of restaurants to chose from within walking distance and shopping opportunities. Free parking is available but looked small. We needed a taxi for a 04:15, staff called for us at check in and taxi was there at 04:10 waiting for us! 10 min drive to airport. Would highly recommend!

Excellent staff and location, very good restaurant on site. You will be hard pressed to find hotel staff that is more kind and helpful. Less than five minute walk from train station.

Ask for a room with air conditioning
We arrived late at night and the room we were given had no air conditioning and the windows didn’t open so it was unbearably warm. We asked the staff to change rooms and he was very accommodating. We were given a new room and the desk clerk told us he would turn on the A/C. I’m not sure why he wouldn’t have given us that room in the first place since it was available. The room was fine, no frills but fairly spacious. Located on a quiet street with cafes around the corner.

Not a non-smoking hotel
The hotel is described as non- smoking but stinks of cigarettes. I was showing shocked the hotel gets good reviews for this reason. The location is good and walking distance to many restaurants. Staff is friendly. Street noise is loud in rooms from people standing below.

Great stay in heart of Memmingen.
Lovely town, and wonderful Hotel! Very clean and friendly staff, spoke English and were very helpful. Rooms were nice, and great location. If you happen to be there in the middle of July they have a wonderful little festival called Fischerstag that we stumbled upon that was amazing! It has been celebrated here since the year 608. It passed right outside our hotel room too! Would highly recommend this location if you are staying in Memmingen. Canals run throughout the city which was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of food options nearby, restaurants, markets Etc. Big shopping area within a couple blocks of the hotel, with lots of different merchandisers.

We loved this hotel. Awesome breakfast and it is cheap (6 Euro)!!! We had dinner too. Food quality is great. Staff were very friendly. We will go back to this hotel again.
