Located in the heart of the charming village of Bias, halfway between the seaside resorts of Contis and Mimizan, this magnificent Landes house offers a peaceful and relaxing setting. Especier Beach is easily accessible in just a few minutes by car, allowing you to enjoy the pleasures of the ocean in a peaceful setting.  
Come discover this spacious 250 m² house, perfect for a vacation with family or friends, and can accommodate up to 12 people. It features five spacious bedrooms: three with 140 cm beds, one bedroom with two 90 cm beds, and one bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds. Additionally, a landing is furnished with two folding beds, ideal for children. You will also find three bathrooms, two of which have bathtubs, and three separate toilets for added comfort.  
The living room, decorated in a warm style, is perfect for gatherings with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: oven, microwave, induction hob, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher.  
Outdoors, you can enjoy a heated swimming pool, garden furniture, deckchairs, as well as a barbecue and plancha grill, for convivial moments and gourmet meals outdoors. The well-kept garden is perfect for relaxing or spending time with family.  
For your comfort, the house has reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi to stay connected during your vacation, and a washing machine for added convenience.  
The house is located in a quiet and peaceful environment, yet close to the region's beaches and tourist attractions. An ideal place to recharge your batteries while enjoying the pleasures of the Landes coast.
