The property was beautiful with its views of the sea. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The pool restaurant was good but the main restaurant was just okay

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The pool and private beach area was really nice and we got upgraded to a stunning Blue Suite, which is very tastefully decorated, spacious and extremely comfortable. All the staff were very kind and attentive to us! Wonderful experience overall!

Lovely seaside stay in Catania
We loved our 2nd stay at this beautiful hotel. Lovely, quiet rooms, huge pool & sea access - Gracie for another great stay - highly recommend!

The place itself was a lovely spot, pool, sun beds, ocean access. The staff were good, friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, tidy recently renovated maybe. The bathroom however was run down, chunks of mold in the shower and dirty drains and glass, made you want to wear slippers in there.

Amazing hotel. Great place to stay if you’re planning to tour around Sicilia, and also if you want to enjoy some time by the sea. Family friendly, ideal when renting a car.

Property is beautiful and staff very courteous and helpful. Services were a tad expensive and the lack of any tea/coffee making facilities forces you to purchase same. My only real criticism was the remarkably tight entrance to the parking area. If you’re driving a full-sized vehicle it’s incredibly challenging to enter without damage.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel has a lovely old style charm and the position of the hotel is phenomenal. There was not a lot outside of the hotel and public transport sparse.

The setting for this hotel is magnificent.the rooms, service and dining areas are first class. My only regret is that I stayed only one night. Matteo at reception was very helpful.

Not the standard I would expect from 4*
Breakfast was mediocre for a 4 star hotel. Gave us the wrong room when we checked in and we entered a room which was already occupied. Hotel reception have the ability to control the aircon in the room, and turned it off periodically. Had to request to turn it back on. Room was nice and spacious and bed very comfortable. Shower tray leaked all over the bathroom floor after each use.

Walking distance to supermarket!
Overall it was very good. The ocean was beautiful, safe, very friendly staff, with a salt water pool. The breakfast was plentiful and overall it was great.

We were super excited for our honeymoon stay at this hotel. However, it was a big disappointment. The cleaning staff was snooping through our trash. We had taken a few COVID self tests to be safe since we were traveling a lot and they accused us of being sick due to all the tests they found and they stopped cleaning our room. We had to argue with them while they yelled in Italian in order to get fresh towels at least. They also threatened to report us to the health authorities even though we didn’t have a positive test. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was excellent but absolutely not COVID safe. All the guests were using the same utensils and throwing them into the food after they were done. It was indoor, we were the only ones wearing masks including other guests or staff, and someone was always coughing and sneezing over the food. The pool and ocean were excellent. However, the hours were very restrictive for no reason (9am to 7 pm) and you could not use any of the oceanside chairs without paying €25. Overall our suite and the hotel’s views were gorgeous but the very unfriendly staff made the experience not worth it, especially for a honeymoon. Lastly, nearby there are no real restaurants and only limited overpriced beach bar options. Again, English isn’t spoken and it felt like everyone was ready to prey on any American tourists.

That was a very disappointing experience for sure, this hotel can't be rated as 4 stars hotel for sure. Most of the staff "not all" were not friendly at all, the breakfast was the poorest breakfast i have ever seen at any hotel, no ironing kit in the rooms so you can only send your clothes to a laundry service, they tend to charge you for anything you ask for. definitely a big mistake. the only good thing was the view!

The hotel is right on the water and it was beautiful to wake up with the sun rising right in front of it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was small, that is the only minus. I would recommended to a friend.

Located in the most beautiful location, on top of volcanic rock - it doesn’t get much better than that! From start to finish every single staff member was so friendly and helpful, which made our entire trip that much more special! I would highly recommend!
