"The lady that checked us in was not very nice . Seemed like she hated her job. The lady at the front desk on Saturday was very helpful and nice which made up for the lady checking us in. We ended up enjoying our stay"

"They are racist people. During the day the whole family stay on the property. They limit the amount of towels you can use and will tell you it’s because you wear foundation but you are black. They try to keep your deposits based on the tiniest things. The property smell like mildew. The front desk guy that works in the evening is amazing! Great guy, great customer service! I wouldn’t recommend it!"

"This was the perfect place for us to stay and use the shuttle service to attend our son's Navy Basic Training Graduation. As I stated the staff was extremely helpful and informative concerning restaurants and directions to places."

"Friendly staff, helpful, convenient location rooms were clean bed slept great! Only issue I paid for a suite and the TV in the living didn’t work. When I asked the staff they said oh we don’t have the antenna connected to play that TV. So I paid for a room that didn’t provide full accommodations, and there was not another suite available. Also the breakfast was good!! "

"Very nice and clean room. Very close to the Naval graduations Great Lakes, NEX for graduation ticket pick up. Shuttle service to and from Navy graduations. The breakfast could be better Very basic. Housekeeping is daily . Clean towels daily,toilet paper and toiletries. Really like that they have a place set up to take pictures of your sailor. Staff was friendly. Rate this 4.5"
