The hotel is in an ideal location with plenty of parking, the staff were extremely helpful at all times, the room was tidied everyday and fresh toiletries supplied, on the Sunday we ate the carvery, it was the best I’ve ever had and the chef was very obliging, couldn’t fault any part of it, the rooms were very clean though some of the furniture was dated it didn’t spoil any part of our stay, the bed was extremely comfortable

got a room next to the public toilet , I heard everyone flushing all the time . The receptionist who received me was unfriendly . I travelled alone for a workshop and when booked a restaurant I was hidden in the corner at a small table .. was it because as a woman I was alone ? I taught it was strange . will not book this hotel again.

Suberb fully equipped accomodation. Dog friendly which is a huge bonus. Dog beds when you dine and pack of treats for them on arrival Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Walking holiday
Short break holiday between Christmas and New year. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa attached to hotel was great for early morning swim. Breakfast was just right to set you up for a day walking in the hills.

Would definitely recommend...
Myself and my partner stayed here for two nights towards the end of November. We stayed in one of the lodges behind the hotel's main building. The room was clean, and had everything we needed. There was additionally plenty of parking spaces available. During our stay we also visited the spa area and used the facilities - would definitely recommend, especially in the cold weather. The breakfast was freshly cooked, and had everything you needed. We will definitely be staying again in the future and recommending to friends - thank you.

Wow, what an amazing 3-night break in a superior lodge at Waterloo! The facilities were top-notch and the location was fantastic, with easy walking distance to Betws-Y-Coed and a short drive to numerous must-visit places. The staff, especially Laura, were absolutely fabulous and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. As someone with a severe nut allergy, I was blown away by the level of care and attention from the hotel. They always double-checked which meals were safe for me and in 3 breakfasts and 2 evening meals, I never had to remind them - they were already aware and prepared when we gave our room number. This hotel truly exceeded all expectations.

Great property, rooms clean and tidy, food great and added bonus of being able to use the swimming pool ,sauna etc next door. The staff were excellant and very polite, arranged a bouquet of flowers for my wife which they arranged everything and made sure they were on the table ready for us. Woupd stay here again

Generally it was a nice stay , Good service and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and tidy but I was surprised that there was no refrigerator and the window could not be opened enough to get fresh air during the heatwave days.

The food in the restaurant was delicious but makesure you book a table on arrival to avoid disappointment. Great hearty breakfast too. Really enjoyed using the pool/spa facilities. Room had everything we needed. Would be happy to stay again.

Fantastic staff.
Had a great stay, the staff were lovely and the room was perfect for what I needed. The bathroom a particular highlight from a decor point of view. Enjoyed using the leisure facilities also, such as the gym and swimming pool/sauna. Unfortunately I had a fall at Snowdon on the morning of checking out, the staff called to check I was okay as I hadn’t checked out by the allotted time. Having explained the situation, they were very accommodating and understanding which was much appreciated.
