Loved that it’s fully stocked for the beach so we didn’t have to pack umbrellas, chairs, toys etc. and that the kitchen was fully stocked as well. It was very clean with nice quality towels and sheets, and we appreciated the multiple streaming services available on the tv. We had a few maintenance issues but the team showed up very quickly to address them. Only complaint is that I wish the AC worked a little better; the upstairs bedrooms were very warm. There were 2 large garbage bins in the garage that had been rotting for awhile, with the smell permeating into the rest of the house. Called the management company and was told multiple times that it was being looked into, but no one came to take care of the trash. So it ruined the first part of the trip.
