The condo was equipped with kid utensils and bowls, the outlets had covers already on them, and the kids room had some toys, books, pack n play, high chair, etc that were very helpful. This house accommodated our family of 5, including a 3 year old who loved all the toys and walking to the park just a few steps away! This is a great location close to the main pool and beautiful huge fitness facility. We rode bikes everyday to the beach and the recreation center for pickleball, shuffle board and basketball.
