From start to finish, our stay was absolutely phenomenal. The pools are extraordinarily clean and heated year round. It is a very short walk to the beach for those of us who have to take massive amounts of beach toys to appease the kids. The beach is private and was not crowded any day (we were there during primetime season). This resort is also walkable to downtown Bethany with ease. This was our first time staying here but we will absolutely be back for years to come and have already recommended it to many of our friends. The living room and dining room were comfortable. The kitchen was small, but functional. The mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable and lumpy. Both bathrooms were outdated and the tile needed to be really scrubbed. The patio was a great place for my family to gather. The cleaning staff did not really clean much at all. The place was dirty when we occupied the space. Dust, Filthy Couch, Grimey bathroom floors and the patio was disgusting. We put in a request to have the back patio cleaned because it was slimy and had ants everywhere and they didn’t really do a great job so we thought, why bother calling to request a deeper clean of the condo. Other than that, it was convenient to be in the first floor with easy access to the beach. It just needs a deep cleaning which I’m sure the owners probably weren’t aware of and will take care of it. ##### Joe K. ---
