It was spacious enough for our family of 9 to move around freely and have plenty of seating for meals and games/tv. The beach, pool and parking were steps away, making it easy to get back and forth at all times of the day. There were plenty of linens and towels, a closet full of beach/pool toys for the children and the kitchen had everything you need for meal prep and serving. The Wifi was perfect and the TV's had good reception with cable and streaming services. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to family and friends, and would happily book it again 😊! ##### Mary W. Decor was odd for beach house and overall could use an update. The fans were caked in inches of dust. There was mold in the washer which made it unusable during our trip and caused the unit to smell musty. The king and queen beds were horribly uncomfortable- the divets in the king were so big you wouldn’t even know someone was in it. Overall, the area was quiet, unless there was an event going on. However, you can hear through the walls, especially if the unit next store has kids. The bunks were cute but the lights are barely on the walls and when the kids next door jump, everything shakes. The location was great and we loved the balcony. But the unit was too tight for 10 people. We had a nice time overall but felt nickled and dimed at every turn. Thousands of dollars a week and then extra for parking and badges is ridiculous! If there is an event, be prepared to shell out more. They easily made $1,000 from bingo night. Additionally, everyone time I called and asked a question to Vacasa they told me one thing and sea colony said another. There is no clear communication between the two and directions are different from picking up badges to check out. We would not rent again due to these issues. ##### Jaclyn M.
