Took all day to get a simple fix. We asked for a late checkout as compensation. No answer for two days. So we left at the specified time. An hour later they called to give us the late checkout. Thanks for nothing. When I asked for other compensation they didn't respond for days. Finally gave me a $25 credit that didn't even begin to cover the hassle of working with them.
