"We loved the hotel and the room, one thing I felt wasn't customer focused was a pre£35 charge for having a pet ( fine after if she fouled but usually it's complimentary or £10), and£40 overnight parking. Excessive. Everything else was superb. "
"I booked this small room at late notice at a very fair rate, although it was indeed small it suited me fine. It was perfectly situated for some work I was doing and importantly had parking (£18 a day extra for those not booking directly). Staff were kind and friendly, continental breakfast was included and tasty. All in all a happy stay in a quality hotel at a decent price."

"I love this place! It’s beautifully peaceful, but for one night when they had a wedding with music well past 23:00. Still, worth it to stay here right by the water. They have the best views I’ve found in Cambridge. The high tea offering sadly is only a teapot with a tea bag (which makes the American high tea I’ve experienced far better!) but the sandwiches and pastries are certainly tasty."
