This hotel is beautiful! It’s small but cozy, the staff is very helpful, and the breakfast eggs and omelets are made to order, which is a great touch. There are a couple of things you should know, though. Yes, the view is nice and the rooms look amazing with the floor-to-ceiling windows, BUT outside noise is definitely noticeable. If you’re coming back after a night of partying, you probably won’t mind it. To be honest, it did wake me up, but it wasn’t enough to change my mind about staying here again so do the math! Lastly, it’s a little more than a 10-minute walk to the main Provenza/Poblado area. I’d recommend asking the staff for directions on the best walking route back to the hotel. We were told the area is very safe, but you probably don’t want to walk through the underpass at night. We walk there first and just took an Uber back, it was better, quick and inexpensive. That’s it! Those are the kinds of details I like to know before booking a hotel. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Love this place!!
