Ingen reception men lätt att få kontakt med värden, de var hjälpsamma i telefon. Det tog en liten stund att checka in online men skönt slippa nyckel under vistelsen (det är kodlås). Pyttelitet pentry och ingen ugn/micro men funkar för frukost. Vi var nöjda med rummet! "

We stayed 4 nights so there was plenty of time to tour Berlin and get the feel of suburban living just outside of Berlin. We flew over from England for the 70.3 Erkner Ironman and he helped us with a couple of major issues that saved the entire holiday and participating in the event. We would happily stay here again. "The apartments are new but the accommodation for 5 people was inadequate, we were packed in like sardines with no air conditioning, asked if we could get fans for the room and was told ‘it’s hot out here too’, we had to pay if we needed our towels changed which is terrible, needless to say we wouldn’t stay here again"

Die Einweisung und Schlüsselübergabe durch den Vermieter war sehr detailliert und hilfreich. Die Lage und Nähe zur S-Bahn aber auch zur Autobahn erlaubten eine sehr gute Anbindung an Berlin sowie Ausflüge in die Natur. "Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. Dome obviously warm with tropical temperatures. External pool at the Amazonia was fun. I felt relaxed. Accommodation clean and homey! Bed and pillows should be updated to make it comfortable! Overall I will definitely go back. I will rate it very good! "
